The opening ceremony was hosted by Prof. Jinfeng Gao, Vice Dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Conference Chair. Prof. Lei Zhao, Deputy Director of the Office of Science and Technology, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, delivered the welcome speech on behalf of the conference organizing committee, extending a warm welcome to all distinguished guests and experts in attendance.
